According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on Consumer Rights, you have the right to return products purchased through a distance contract with a professional, without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package.
According to O.U.G. 34/2014 '' The consumer has the right to notify in writing to the merchant that he or she cancels the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. "
In order to exercise the right to return the products, it is sufficient to inform us of your intention by means of an unambiguous statement on a durable medium: an email or the following withdrawal form.
Products must be returned in the state in which they were received by the customer, with their original packaging intact and intact, so that they can be resold as we do.
If the products for which the return is requested, the following features are shown: damaged or dirty packaging, incomplete contents, wear marks, scratches, blows, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, Velpest reserves the right to decide, Acceptance or refusal of return.
Without being considered as an exhaustive list, here are some categories of products that can not be returned:
• "Pre-order" or "pre-order" products defined as customer-ordered products that are not in the usual Velpest stock but can be delivered on a firm order basis and on an advance payment.

Who pays the return transport?
The option of returning products to Velpest belongs entirely to the customer, who will directly bear the return shipping price, depending on the prices charged by the courier service chosen.
Receipt of parcels sent with a refund is not acceptable.
In the event that the customer returns the goods to the consignee (in particular Terrasan H & G Service SRL), the latter reserves the right to refuse the receipt of the parcel or parcels, or to retain the value of the paid consignment from the customer's balance , If the conditions for return acceptance are met.
Returning the value of the products
Returning the counter value of the products accepted by Terrasan as a return will be made within 14 calendar days of the date the contract was terminated by the buyer, without the latter being required to reimburse the other expenses related to reimbursement.
Velpest will return the money paid to the buyer in one of the following ways:
• Bank transfer: from the Velpest account to the customer account (24-48 hours after payment processing);
• Postal order: by the Romanian Post at the customer's address (3-4 days after referral);
• Any other payment method used by the client for the initial transaction.
